Stir-fry is just so easy to make. It’s amazing that with just a few ingredients, you can make something tasty!
WHAT YOU NEED
-3 tbsp vegetable oil
-500g beef, cut into strips
-2 cups of snow peas
-1 x400g can of corn, drained and rinsed
-1 spring onion, sliced
-1tbsp minced garlic
-2tbsp gluten free soy sauce
-Black pepper to taste.
-1tsp ginger
I like to serve my stir-fry with white rice. If you do the same and cook it on the cooktop or in the rice cooker, you can put it on before making the stir-fry as the stir-fry takes less than 10 minutes.
HOW TO MAKE IT
1) In a bowl add the beef, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, pepper and 1tbsp of vegetable oil. Stir together so the beef is coated.
2) Heat your wok so it’s nice and hot. Add your remaining 2tbsp of oil and add the meat. Cook the beef until brown. This will only take a couple of minutes.
3) Add the snow peas, spring onion and corn then cook for two to four minutes. Stir as you go. The snow peas should still be nice and crispy. Then it’s ready to serve.
