
This is a super quick recipe with a simple method. Goes so nicely with rice and some mixed veggies on the side.
WHAT YOU NEED
⁃ 1 tablespoon gluten free soy sauce
⁃ 500g diced chicken thighs
⁃ 3 tbsp garlic, minced
⁃ 1/3 cup honey
⁃ 1/4 cup water
⁃ 2 tablespoons gluten free apple cider vinegar
– 2 tbsp vegetable oil
INSTRUCTIONS
1) Add the oil to a pan and bring to a medium high heat.
2) Put in your chicken and cook through.
3) To the pan add your garlic for one minute and stir.
4) Now put in the soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar and water. Simmer for 5 minutes then serve.
